How do I get there?

We are located at Shop 3, 50 Carlton Crescent, Summer Hill. You can find us just across the road from Summer Hill station.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed for private patients.

You will only need a doctor’s referral if:

  • You were injured at work and will be compensated through workers compensation
  • You were injured in a motor vehicle accident and will be compensated through third party
  • You are entitled to the Medicare EPC program
  • You are entitled to services under Veterans Affairs

What should I expect at the first consultation?

At the first consultation, you will be asked about your condition. An appropriate assessment will be made and a diagnosis will be given. We will discuss with you our plan of management and how long it may take until you recover and return to sport or work. We will also treat and educate you on your condition. You will be given exercises. Feel free to ask any questions at any time. Please bring any relevant scans with you as this will aid with assessment and management of your condition.

How long will my appointment last?

You should allow up to one hour for the initial consultation. Follow up appointments will take up to 30 minutes.

What are your business hours?

We are open between 7:30am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday.

We are conveniently located across Summer Hill Station. We also service surrounding Inner West suburbs including: Dulwich Hill, Lewisham, Petersham, Stanmore, Ashfield, Ashbury, Hurlstone Park, Croydon, Croydon Park and Marrickville.
