Francois Luong
Master of Physiotherapy

Francois completed his Masters of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney along with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science). He has previous experience working within hospitals, private practices and semi-professional sporting teams. Francois takes a functional approach to assessments and treatments. He utilises gait analysis, manual therapy and impairment specific exercise prescription to manage clinical conditions. Francois regularly attends courses for continued education and professional development to ensure his treatment is comprehensive and in line with the latest research.
Francois has a special interest in sports injuries, which has lead to him working with teams such as Canterbury Bulldogs, NSW Waratahs women’s team, Macarthur Rams Youth Football League, Cabramatta RLFC and Blacktown Workers RLFC. He is currently looking after South Sydney Rabbitohs women’s team. Living a busy and active lifestyle, Francois enjoys playing oztag & touch football, cruising on his road bike and also attending regular Crossfit classes. He had the opportunity to compete at an international level representing the Australian-Chinese Oz-tag Team at the 2015 Oz-tag World Cup and the 2016 Oceania Cup in New Zealand.

Jessica Phan
Master of Physiotherapy
B.Sci (Hons)
Jessica is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto before completing her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.
Jessica has worked in private practice since graduating and enjoys treating musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. She has previously volunteered at hospitals, a rehabilitation centre and at an afterschool sports program for youth – all speaking to her passion for getting different populations moving better. Her approach to physiotherapy treatment includes functional assessments, manual therapy and exercises tailored for the individual and their goals.
Jessica has special interests in treating both runners and combat sports, which stem from her own personal interests. She transitioned from playing field sports to competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, two very different areas, but this has helped her better understand the requirements for each sport. As an athlete, Jessica values strength and conditioning for her sport and is continuously learning and trying new exercises to bring back to the clinic.

Stephanie Tran

Stephanie is the practice principal. She is a member of both the Australian Physiotherapy Association and Sports Physiotherapy Association. Stephanie graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She then went on to complete the Master of Physiotherapy program at Sydney University. Stephanie has furthered her knowledge, graduating from Curtin University with a Graduate Certificate in Manipulative Physiotherapy in 2014.
Stephanie has had a lot of experience treating musculoskeletal injuries from her physiotherapy and exercise physiology background. Stephanie utilises a variety of manual therapy treatment techniques and exercises to help patients return to work, sport and daily living as quickly and safely as possible. Stephanie also experienced in analysing of running and cycling techniques to help with bike and running related injuries.
Stephanie has a keen interest in biomechanical influences to work and sporting related injuries and rehabilitation. She enjoys treating the neck and postural related pain, shoulder and knee injuries. Stephanie has worked with a number of sporting teams in rugby union, AFL, Gaelic football and soccer.
Recently, Stephanie has expanded her scope of practice and has assisted Specialist Physiotherapist Trish Wisbey Roth in teaching about the hip and bike fits to Physiotherapists.
