The award of APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist acknowledges a Physiotherapist’s training and expertise in Physiotherapy in particular with sporting injuries and exercise prescription. In order to be awarded a title, a Physiotherapist must undergo rigorous study and examinations to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and achieve and maintain exceptional standards of assessment and treatments for a variety of musculoskeletal and sporting conditions.
This qualification is considered a mark of distinction amongst the physiotherapy profession.
